This includes accounts registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods by the same individual.
All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and complete. This includes your full name, Malaysia identity card number (MyKad), date of birth, active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Alibaba 888 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information.
Alibaba 888 reserves the right to request a KYC review at any time. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, proof of current address, and a bank or e-wallet statement. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.
Members are fully responsible for keeping their username and password secure. Alibaba 888 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the alibaba 888 support team immediately.
Accounts that have been inactive for 180 consecutive days (no login, deposit, or betting activity) will be considered an inactive account. A maintenance fee of RM 5 per month may be charged against the balance of inactive accounts after this period. Members will be notified via their registered email before any fee is applied.
Members may request to close their account at any time by contacting the alibaba 888 support team. Prior to closure, all eligible real-money balances will be transferred to the member. Any bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirements will be forfeited.

Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are typically processed within 5–60 minutes for bank transfers. Withdrawals to a bank account via DuitNow or standard transfer require 1–3 working days. alibaba 888 is not liable for any delays caused by banks or e-wallet providers.
Alibaba 888 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 to ensure the security of the member's account. This verification process may require an additional 1–2 business days.
All bets placed on alibaba 888 are considered final once confirmation is received by the system. Members are responsible for ensuring that all bet details — match, market, odds, and stake — are correct before confirming. alibaba 888 will not reverse confirmed bets except under specific circumstances as outlined in clause 5.4.
Alibaba 888 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits for any match, market, or sports category. These limits may vary by sport and are subject to change without prior notice. Bet limits will be clearly displayed within the betting interface.
Live betting odds are subject to real-time changes. Alibaba 888 uses the latest technology to ensure that all odds offered are accurate and fair. However, in the event of a technical failure that causes clearly incorrect odds to be displayed, alibaba 888 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake amount to the member.
